What is the normal lead-time?
The exact delivery date on pre-order items is unknown, however, a target release date is specified on the product page. The target release date will vary depending on your manufacturing slot (Earlier orders will be closer to the target date). We will not be answering questions regarding what number you are in the queue. Your use of this site and all orders are subject to our Terms of Service.
How much is shipping?
All our products are shipped through LTL Freight carriers. Shipping prices are calculated in the checkout area. Our products can get expensive to ship because we ship all our products with premium LTL Freight carriers to ensure they are not damaged (All orders are insured incase of potential shipping damages). Other factors that control the shipping cost are the size of the package, weight, overall destination, and nature of the product (composites), which all play a large role in shipping costs. To help cut down the shipping cost, ship to a commercial address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. All international orders must be placed via email (sales@advfiberglass.com). Please send over exact desired product(s) and a full shipping address for an accurate total.
What are the panels made out of?
We follow a similar manufacturing process as Ford to provide the strength and longevity that you can expect from composite products.
What is the difference between the One-Piece and Modular Hardtop?
The difference between these two tops is that one is a one-piece design, while the other will feature a modular design like the existing Ford hardtop yet utilizes fewer pieces than the factory top to provide a quieter ride, better fit and finish, and less of a chance for leaks.
What color do the products come?
Our Bronco Hardtop will be offered in three levels of finish, which includes: Black UV Textured, White UV Textured, and High Build Primer. If you are looking to color match your hardtop, then you will want to select the “High Build Primer” option. Our white UV textured hardtop will be close in color to “Oxford White”. Our black UV textured hardtop will be close in color to “Shadow Black”
Do you have a warranty?
All potential warranty claims will be reviewed on an individual basis. Exact warranty is TBD. The brand is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of the use of its products. Rest assured, we are known to provide the strongest and best fitting part in the industry.
What is your Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy?
If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your pre-order, we will refund you for the full amount. Refunds will not be available on pre-orders where your order is still able to be fulfilled. Refunds will not be issued for longer lead-times. No cancellations on pre-orders after manufacturing has started. Advanced Fiberglass Concepts customer guarantee is that you can return your item within 30 days (20 business days) of receipt as long as it is unused, in like-new condition, returned in the original packaging, and you pay for all shipping charges; original shipping fees are non-refundable. All orders have a 35% restocking fee. Products are non-refundable if mounted or altered in any way.
