Refund Policy

All products are made to order and will take time to make, please give us a call for a correct turnaround. After submitting an order, you agree to the terms and conditions.


Advanced Fiberglass Concepts customer guarantee is that you can return your item within 20 business days of receipt as long as it is unused, in brand new condition, returned in the original packaging and you pay for all shipping charges; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Products are non-refundable if mounted or altered in any way. Extra fees may be incurred for proper fitment and finish. Refunds will not be issued due to minor fitment or finish issues.

All approved refunds are processed in 20 business days after the order is returned or cancelled. All orders have a 35% restocking fee. All order(s) will be issued a cancellation fee if the product(s) have begun production. No refunds, returns, or exchanges on wire transfers, rush orders, sale pricing, deposits, custom orders; carbon fiber, colored gel coat, and more.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift Cards, Custom Orders, Carbon Fiber, ETC 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your pre-order, we will refund you for the full amount. Refunds will not be issued for longer lead-times. Contact our sales department if you need to request a refund. No cancellations on pre-orders after manufacturing has started.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20-30 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and after receiving confirmation from Advanced Fiberglass Concepts, send your item to our address. This does not include defective and damaged items from the shipping process, we are not responsible for that.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


All products sold by Advanced Fiberglass Concepts are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. All products may need prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, and/or other body work. Modifications may include removal of the reinforcement bars, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle. Advanced Fiberglass Concepts highly recommends that a professional “custom” shop with fiberglass experience perform the installation. Auto shops experienced in OEM installations may not be experienced in aftermarket fiberglass installations.

Advanced Fiberglass Concepts releases all responsibility and/or liability once the products are removed from our facility. The customer releases all liability from Advanced Fiberglass Concepts. There is no warranty on our products because of the nature of the industry (Off-road), we do not know how the end user will push and test our products. The brand is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of the use of its products.
